Important Dates

Fall 2023 Payment Deadlines

If you register for any Fall 2023 class:

  • On or before June 30, 2023: You must pay tuition and fees in full, enroll in a Payment Plan, or secure financial aid within 14 calendar days of your initial registration, or your registration may be dropped. 
  • July 1, 2023 – July 10, 2023:  You will have until July 14, 2023, to either pay your tuition and fees in full, enroll in a Payment Plan, or secure financial aid or your registration may be dropped. 
  • July 11, 2023 – October 15, 2023: You must pay tuition and fees in full, enroll in a Payment Plan, or secure financial aid within 4 days of the day you register, or your registration may be dropped. 
  • After October 15, 2023: You must pay tuition in full within 4 days of the day you register, or your registration may be dropped. New semester Payment Plans will not be available after October 15, 2023. 

Fall Payment Plan Dates

  • 1st Payment Plan Due Date - July 14, 2023
  • 2nd Payment Plan Due Date - September 15, 2023
  • 3rd Payment Plan Due Date - October 16, 2023

Spring 2024 Payment Deadlines

If you register for any Spring 2024 class:

  • On or before December 1, 2023: You must pay tuition and fees in full, enroll in a Payment Plan, or secure financial aid within 14 calendar days of your initial registration or all of your registration may be dropped. 
  • December 2, 2023 – December 11, 2023:  You will have until December 15, 2023, to either pay your tuition and fees in full, enroll in a Payment Plan, or secure financial aid or your registration may be dropped. 
  • December 12, 2023 – March 14, 2024: You must pay tuition and fees in full, enroll in a Payment Plan, or secure financial aid within 4 days of the day you register, or your registration may be dropped. 
  • After March 14, 2024: You must pay tuition in full within 4 days of the day you register, or your registration may be dropped. New semester Payment Plans will not be available after March 14, 2024. 

Spring Payment Plan Dates

  • 1st Payment Plan Due Date - December 15, 2023
  • 2nd Payment Plan Due Date - February 15, 2024
  • 3rd Payment Plan Due Date - March 15, 2024

Drop - Withdrawal Deadlines

What is the difference between a drop and a withdrawal? A drop occurs prior to the published add/drop deadline while a withdrawal occurs after. Students who drop a class will have the enrollment and charges for the class removed from their account. Students who withdraw will show the class on their record with a grade of W and still be responsible for paying for the class. Financial Aid Disbursement Dates

Be sure to check the Financial Aid disbursement dates to find out when you can expect to see your financial aid disbursed to your student account. Please note that disbursement dates are not the date any refund will be initiated.
